Requesting G2 Reviews

Quickly turn customer quotes into polished, shareable G2 reviews

Peerbound helps you transform high-quality customer feedback into ready-to-send G2 reviews.

1. Open the Reviews Section

In the Peerbound app, select Reviews from the main navigation menu.

2. View Suggested Reviews

Click Suggested Reviews to instantly preview G2 review drafts generated from customer conversations.

Peerbound uses real quotes and insights to pre-fill the content, making it fast and easy for advocates to submit meaningful reviews.

3. Click Share

Next to any drafted review, click Share to open the email editor.

This allows you to send the suggested review to the advocate directly from Peerbound.

Click Draft Email to open the G2 Review in Gmail

4. Customize the Message

Review and edit the drafted email and G2 review content before sending.
You can personalize the message to match your voice, relationship, or tone.

5. Send the Review Request

Once you're satisfied with the message, click Send to share the review request with your customer.
